Our cabins feature several exterior siding packages including: T1-11, T1-11 Smart Panel, Board & Batton, Vinyl, Vinyl log, Hardi Board, and Pine 1/2 log siding. We can also apply stone and brick veneer. Our Cabins are primarily post frame but are constructed on block foundations when required for stricter housing. We have foundation crews that do crawl spaces or full basements everywhere. All of our cabins come with porches/decks, windows, doors, dormers, complete shell thru finish construction, and can include interior finished construction. The rustic nature of the buildings is prevalent, however the appearance can be softened with vinyl or lap siding.
Our A-Frame style is excellent for lake front or big view settings. It features a great wall of glass, standard loft, and an 8x40 foot wrap around deck (with latice underneath) in its base price.

Our Cape Cod cabin and our A-Frame cabin styles can be finished inside with lofts on the ends or the sides (as pictured above). It can also be a finished floor all the way across for maximum square footage.

Our Dutch-Gambrel style cabin features a 32 foot porch and dormers. The expanded living throughout the roof line allows for usable square footage on the entire 2nd floor.

These one story, vaulted ceiling cabins with a 2' crawl space are erected using a pole building, a 6' porch with a deck, 5 windows and an entry door in their base price form. The trusses will be 5' on center with rafters, OSB and shingles.
The 1/2 log will be installed over 7/16' OSB when it's a finished building. The base (crawl space) will be enclosed with treated plywood that can have backfill against it. The plumbing, heating, and electrical can easily be brought into the crawl space. See our pricing site for more details.

Our standard interior finish is a tongue and groove 1x8 barn siding and a plank 1x12 flooring. The base price finish package of $19,800.00 includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an 8 foot kitchen unit, 3 1/2" sidewall and 6" ceiling insulation, electrical (fixtures by owner), and electric baseboard heating.
